This training helps participants gain the knowledge and skills to use Sales Cloud effectively for their sales processes. Upon completion, you will be fully familiar with the platform's capabilities and functionalities. Topics covered include: account and contact management, lead management, opportunity management, quotation and order management, productivity tools, process automation, reporting and dashboards.

Service Cloud (user)
During this training we will teach you how to use Service Cloud knowledge and skills efficiently for your service management. Upon completion, we will ensure that you are completely familiar with Salesforce Service Cloud and all of the platform's features and functionalities so that you can get started independently. Topics covered include: We will train at least: the basics of Salesforce, navigation, customer data and customer cases.

Sales Cloud CRM (admin)
During this training we will teach you knowledge and skills with Salesforce Sales Cloud. This training will teach you how Salesforce should be set up for the organization to successfully work with the product, implement processes and maintain applications. This training will cover at least: object management, page management, automations, advanced reports in dashboard and data import and export. Should you wish to discuss specific topics during the training, there is always room for that.

Service Cloud (admin)
During this training, we will teach you knowledge and skills with Salesforce Service Cloud so that you can set up your Salesforce environment so that users can easily use it. This training will teach you how Salesforce needs to be set up for the organization to successfully work with the product, implement processes and maintain applications that the organization wants to use.

Pardot
During this training we teach you knowledge and skills of Pardot, so that the integration between Pardot and Salesforce works seamlessly. This creates a streamlined collaboration between Lead Nurturing on the one hand and Lead Conversion on the other. During this training we will cover at least the following topics: emails and forms, lead generation and management, automating campaigns, reporting and analytics and integrations with Salesforce CRM.
