What does the traineeship entail?
At GoSoniq, we train colleagues to become Salesforce consultants and Salesforce developers with broad knowledge to help clients with all their issues. The traineeship is a combination of soft skills training, content sessions, self-study and learning on the job. In addition, you get to know the organization and your colleagues.
As for soft skills training, you can think about communication training, a customer contact exercise and time management tips. Content sessions will include explanations of the Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud within Salesforce.
Through Trailhead, Salesforce's training platform, you will obtain various Salesforce certifications. In addition to the self-study moments you'll have for this, you'll spar with colleagues to understand the material even better.
Learning on the job
Already after about a month you will start working - under the guidance of experienced colleagues - for a customer. In this way you get to know the system well and can apply the knowledge you gain in practice. You will be paired with a buddy, so you can always ask someone for advice.
The work
At GoSoniq, we ensure that the client makes the best use of the capabilities offered by Salesforce. In addition, we help deploy reporting and analysis tools, enabling continuous optimization. This allows our clients to focus on their core business. There is a lot of room for freedom and creativity in finding the best solution for the customer.
Helping and advising on process setup will be done by the Salesforce consultant. If coding needs to be done or there are technical questions, the Salesforce developer will pick it up. There is always an interaction, so both roles have a lot of contact with each other.
