Fast reliable insights

Even in Ditch Witch Benelux's CRM, not all information was relevant anymore. We cleaned up their Salesforce by removing unused data and taking a fresh look at the fields and objects used. Based on this, we rearranged the CRM. By removing irrelevant objects, the focus is now on the part of Salesforce that is used the most. This puts key functionalities back at our fingertips and ensures that Salesforce quickly provides Ditch Witch's employees with reliable insights. 

Signed quotation in 3 operations 

Automation speeds up the sales process by eliminating the need for you to do certain tasks yourself or by having the CRM tell you what your next task is. Ditch Witch Benelux saw that there were still opportunities to use automation to increase the speed of the sales process. For example, we made it possible to quickly create quotations in Salesforce. Creating quotations automatically in Salesforce, with data that is already present, prevents errors caused by manual actions and saves time. This way, the sales team can always focus on their most important tasks.

We designed a digital business card for Ditch Witch with a QR code, available in the personal Salesforce account of everyone on the sales team. When the code is scanned, the team member's details are automatically stored in the scanner contact list.
