Business Consultant CRM

What will you do?

As a Business Consultant CRM at GoSoniq, you will advise and support our clients in the use of CRM solutions, such as Salesforce and Dynamics CE. You translate business objectives into concrete CRM strategies and support organizations in the optimization and adoption of the CRM system. You are daily engaged in setting up, optimizing and automating sales and service processes. You have close contact with customers and listen carefully to their needs. You translate this into functionalities, thus contributing to the creation of a better customer journey.

This is where you recognize yourself

• You have completed a college or university education; 
• You have at least one year of experience as a marketing, CRM or general consultant or similar;
• You have demonstrated experience with enterprise software such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot or similar and have supported organizations in effectively managing and optimizing these systems;
• It is a plus if you have knowledge of user research, customer journey mapping or data visualization; 
• You have full command of the Dutch language and can also express yourself well in English; 
• You live in the Groningen area.

This is what you are looking for in a job

• Gross salary of €3,000 to €3,300, based on 40 hours, depending on work experience; 
• 25 vacation days and a good pension plan;
