How does a scan work?

Before we start with the Salesforce scan, we sign an NDA. This is because we need (limited) access to your Salesforce environment to perform the best possible scan.

During the scan, we make an objective analysis of your Salesforce environment. Together with the administrators, we define user stories to get a picture of how Salesforce is used. Based on this input we look at what could be improved. We give the current environment a score and show with concrete points of improvement how that score can be increased.

You'll receive an advisory report with concrete areas for improvement within five working days.
